At DPS we are constantly striving to improve our service to you the customer and as such have invested extensively in both staff training and support resources. We are now in the prestigious position of employing staff trained to industry leader’s standards including Microsoft.

As part of our improved and extended service we can offer a variety of software support options aimed at providing you with a valuable resource for dealing with, and solving your software problems efficiently and effectively. Software Support issues can be covered by one of the following formats;

  • Managed Service Provision
  • Pay-As-You-Go
  • Price per Incident
  • Yearly Contract
  • Tailored Support Contract

Support is provided via telephone hotline and remote access, and is available between 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding English public holidays.  All Software Support Contract holders will also be entitled to a discount should any onsite or other chargeable work be required.

We are also able to provide onsite and workshop support for both hardware and software issues should it be required.
